Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of the crate or box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
